As you will know by now and be well aware, the restrictions placed upon hospitality venues have changed. These new rules will have an impact on not only the clubhouse operations but also on our members and visitors. We cannot stress enough how important it is that the following rules are adhered to, failure to comply can result in fines being imposed on individuals and lead to a maximum fine of £10,000 being issued to us as a club.
As from the start of business on 24th September, it is mandatory for everyone, inclusive of staff, to wear a face mask/covering whether visiting the club. Once seated at a table by our staff, providing you are there to eat or drink, your face covering can be removed. Should you leave your table the face covering must be replaced. Failure to wear a face covering, as per these guidelines, could result in people being asked to leave the premises and the staff will have the right to refuse service.
When it comes to the provision of food and drink, all orders will now have to be taken from the table you are shown to. There will be no approaching the bar.
Once the order is taken and payment processed your order will be delivered to the table. As we adapt to these new laws and restrictions we would please ask members to be remain respectful to staff and each other, order times may take a while longer than previously, but rest assured everyone will be working hard to ensure this latest transition goes as smoothly as possible.
Our Revised opening times are attached.
Members should still remain vigilant of other existing measures, such as sanitising hands before entering the clubhouse and remembering to sign in.
From Thursday 24th September, the new NHS Track & Trace QR code for The 37 Club will also be available to scan. As a venue we are still legally obliged to keep records for 21 days and these will be asked for should the Track & Trace team contact the club.
Can we also take this opportunity to remind members that if you have come in close contact with someone who is presenting symptoms, you should take it upon yourself to Self-Isolate for 14 days (or until they return a negative test result). Please under no circumstances attend the club. As a club, we adhere to the regulations to keep all our members, staff and visitors safe during these difficult times.
We would like to thank you in advance for your co-operation during these strange times, it is greatly appreciated.
